Amelia County fugitives may be in Roanoke area

ROANOKE, VA -

The Amelia County Sheriff's Office is asking for people in the Roanoke region to be on the lookout for two wanted men.

Investigators believe Jimmy "Trey" Weaver III and Keith Evans are traveling back and forth from Richmond to Roanoke.

Both men are wanted in 28 felony warrants for:

  • Breaking and Entering
  • Grand Larceny
  • Grand Larceny with Intent to Sell
  • Conspiracy to Commit Felonies

Weaver is described as:

  • White man
  • Age: 29
  • Height: 6 feet tall
  • Weight: Approx. 170 lbs.
  • Hair color: Black
  • Eye color: Hazel

 

Evans is described as:

  • Black man
  • Age: 30
  • Height: 5 ft. 9 in.
  • Weight: Approx. 135 pounds
  • Hair: Black
  • Eyes: Brown
