WSLS 10's Katie Love was giving a live report last night when she heard multiple shots.

Katie Love is still on the scene of a standoff. She said police just told the suspect to think of his wife and come on out, and the sooner he comes out the sooner he can get on with his life without police in it.

The stand-off is in the 200 block of Orlando Avenue in northeast Roanoke County, where a man is believed to be armed and police are actively working to get him to step outside of his home. This has been going on for hours now.

We'll keep you posted as she sends more info back into the newsroom.
