Texas Governor Rick Perry will sign the state's newest abortion restrictions into law this morning. The law will close most of the abortion clinics in Texas.

There's another congressional hearing today on the IRS and its systematic delay and scrutiny of tea party applications. The treasury department's J. Russell George is expected to be questioned on why his report suggested only Tea Party groups were targeted.

The Montgomery County Chamber's Business Expo and job fair is open to the public today from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for members at the Inn at Virginia Tech. You'll be able to apply for jobs and network.

The Beard Center on Aging at Lynchburg College will hold a session on resources for the 50+ job seeker today. It's from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Marsh Memorial United Methodist Church.

The Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine's sixth art exhibition is tonight from 5:30-7:30 p.m.. Today's exhibit will explore the therapeutic value of art as it pertains to mental health from the view of dozens of people who received care at local mental health agencies.
