Aftershock Softball Looks Strong in First Round of Commonwealth Games

The Subway Commonwealth games were in full swing today all around the Roanoke Valley.

Aftershock Softball based out of Campbell County was taking on Zero Tolerance at the Moyer Sports Complex in Salem.

Coach Tim Ewers' Aftershock squad was ready the moment they took the field. They knocked in 2 runs in the first inning and 3 more during the game to go on to a 5-0 victory.

Aftershock pitcher Ashley Green pitched a 2 hitter with 8 strike outs in 6 innings assisting in that shutout win.
