SpaFit relocates to Hidden Valley Country Club

SALEM, VA -

Some of you may be taking a break from the treadmill as a local fitness center packs up for a weekend move.

SpaFit is relocating to Hidden Valley Country Club. The mother daughter team of owners opened at Ridgewood Farms Shopping center 10 years ago.

The move will give SpaFit's team of personal trainers an opportunity to offer additional classes like water aerobics, using the facilities at Hidden Valley. "It is so exciting because it's such a diversified group of people, diversified because of so many age divisions. We get to train all these people and teach them how important exercise is," said owner Stevie Long.

"This is going to give them the opportunity to take advantage of amenities from one of the finest country clubs in the valley," added owner Teke Abshire."

SpaFit will reopen Monday morning at Hidden Valley Country Club.
