Behind this glass, you'll find a 23-year-old CEO taking leaders from 2 non-profit organizations and 3 local businesses under his social media wing.
Nathan Latka, a Virginia Tech graduate and founder of the Blacksburg Internet company Heyo, is taking the tools he's used to build to a successful business and paying it forward.
"We've done it with a lot customers all around the world and a lot of different countries and we are really excited to bring that back here to Blacksburg and Roanoke," HEYO CEO/Founder, Nathan Latka says.
From increasing the number of Facebook 'likes' to bringing more traffic to your website, the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, the Intellectual Disabilities Association, our Daily Bread, Zeppoli's, and Champs will all get free marketing services from Heyo for one month to help their businesses grow.
"I'm so thrilled we get to be one of the participants because we are a small business too having the same growth issues," Catherine Sutton, Montgomery Chamber of Commerce executive director says.
While some may still be thinking sites like Facebook are just for fun, Heyo plans to prove the power it can have in attracting business.
