Roanoke's Maridor Bed & Breakfast scheduled for auction

Posted: Updated:

Maridor Bed and Breakfast is a staple in Roanoke City near Grandin Village.

Woltz & Associates is organizing the auction of the property set for September 20th.

Jonna McGraw says, "The property is not under distress.  The owners work full time jobs in addition to running the bed and breakfast."

The Woltz & Associates website describes the property,"The home has eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, including those in the carriage house that has been tastefully renovated to serve as the innkeeper's residence. In addition, the home has living rooms, a ballroom, study, kitchen, dining room, porches and storage areas. The sale will include the beautiful antiques, kitchen equipment and banquet furnishings."

McGraw says anyone who buys the property could either continue its use as a bed and breakfast or have a move in ready home.  The home is a little over ten thousand square feet in size.
