W.H.U. Luncheon focuses on staying healthy in a busy world.

A panel of four Carilion Clinic physicians take community questions about the most recent guidelines for health screenings for women.

New guidelines call for Pap Tests at age 21. Between age 21-30 those tests are done every 3 years. Doctors still recommend yearly visits to your doctor for wellness checks.

Mammograms typically begin at age 40 unless otherwise recommended.

WSLS 10's Karen McNew hosts the W.H.U. luncheons four times a year. The events are sponsored by Carilion Clinic and are held every 3 months. The event is held at Jefferson Center in Roanoke.
