Posted: Updated:
ROANOKE, VA -

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys will set the stage and hit the lights tonight for its Second Runway fashion show.

Tonight's show will feature fashions taken right off the rack of Goodwill stores. Everything from casual to business attire, evening and wedding wear and accessories. It's all taking place from 5 to 9 p.m. at Shaftman Performance Hall at the Jefferson Center in Roanoke to raise money for Goodwill.

"We can show people what great items we have in our stores, how to put them together and also educate them about our mission-- how we give people a second chance and help them find work," said Lucie Touchton with Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. The show will also include vignettes, showing some of the people who have had their lives changed because of Goodwill.

There will be an auction and all items worn in the show will be up for sale.

WSLS 10's Karen McNew and John Carlin will host tonight's event.
