Uncle stabbed while breaking up fight between brothers

RALEIGH, N.C. -

Two brothers and their uncle suffered stab wounds after the brothers got into a fight earlier this month.

Police say on Aug. 3, Robert and Rajuan Anthony Taylor got into a fight in the 500 block of Bart Street and stabbed each other. The brothers' uncle, James Smith, tried to break up the fight, but was stabbed during the altercation.

The brothers are both charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Smith was not charged.
