Details on what's said to be the largest economic development in Pulaski in a decade will come this afternoon. Virginia's Secretary of Commerce and Trade will take part in the announcement this afternoon at 2:00 in the Pulaski Railway Station.

Senator Tim Kaine will have an open house at his regional office at the Patrick Henry in downtown Roanoke this afternoon at 3:00.

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli plans to sort donated food with volunteers at Feeding America Southwest Virginia in Salem. He'll be there from 4:30-5:30 p.m..

There will be a roundtable on increasing access to college and financial aid awareness for Virginians. It's aimed at faith-based and community-based non-profit organizations. This morning from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. at the Hotel Roanoke.

Goodwill will host an Insource job fair. Insource is a staffing company recruiting pickers and packers for a local manufacturer. The fair is from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Goodwill Jobs Center.

There will be a remembrance for missing mother Heather Hodges later today in recognition of her 24th birthday. Family and friends will meet at the Blackwater pull off on Route 220 in Rocky Mount at 4:00 p.m..

VDOT will have a public hearing from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Hot Springs Volunteer Fire Department. The agency will discuss drainage improvements in the area.
