Phil handles the summer movie rush at Park West 14

Posted: Updated:
MORRISVILLE, N.C. -

In this week's edition of "Phil Fills In," WNCN Today's Phil Sanchez works the concession stand at a new and busy movie theatre in Morrisville. Can he handle the summer movie rush?

Phil "filled in" on a Tuesday morning and found out that Tuesday mornings are actually pretty busy. Especially when tickets are only $1 like they are on most weekday mornings at Park West 14.

Phil asked around and found out that the best part of working at the theatre is all the free movies. Unfortunately, there would be no free movies, only a line of customers eager to get their popcorn, snacks and drinks.

Phil quickly became overwhelmed. Luckily, his experienced sidekick Nolan was able to stay cool under pressure.

When the rush ended, Phil was ready to call it a day.

This week is the last week for $1 admission this summer at Park West 14
