1/2 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
1 oz. Warm Water
7 oz. Bread Flour (all purpose)
3 oz. cool water
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 oz. Olive Oil (Do
not add to the dough mixture)
Add yeast to the warm water to bloom (activate)
Combine all the other ingredients to the bloomed yeast water
Need the dough until it is a soft semi-sticky consistance (about 5 min)
Once dough is formed let rise for 1/2 hour.
After rising punch dough (actually punch dough to release air)
roll out dough using the Olive Oil as a lubricant.
Top dough with whatever toppings you desire. Bake at 350 F.for 6 to 8 minutes.
Once dough is rolled and ready to top we use pesto on first then shaved Asiago Cheese. Bake. Once pizza is out of the oven and ready add Add Prosciutto and Arugula. Cut and serve.
