Roanoke Police investigating body found at Southview Condominiums

ROANOKE, VA -

UPDATE: Roanoke Police have identified the body found last Saturday afternoon in the back seat of a vehicle at Southview Condominiums as 28-year-old Daniel Harb Rank of Goode, Virginia.

Police say the car he was found in belongs to him.

Investigators are waiting for the toxicology report on Rank's body before a decision is made in the case.

There is no indication of foul play.

Police are investigating after a body was found in northwest Roanoke.

Roanoke Police say since about noon they've been at the Southview Condominiums off Peters Creek Road.

A body was found in the back seat of a black Mazda.

They are looking at this as a death investigation.
