NC man charged with giving unwanted back rubs

BOONE, N.C. -

(AP) - A Boone man has been arrested and accused of breaking into home and giving women unwanted back rubs.

Police say a woman has reported that a man broke into her apartment Aug. 15 and tried to give her a back rub while she was in bed.

Twenty-9-year-old Julio Antonio Yanez has been charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor assault on a female.

Yanez was charged with two incidents last month.

He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. It was not clear if he has an attorney.
