Tasty new addition to Taubman this week

DOWNTOWN ROANOKE -

There's a tasty new addition to the Taubman Museum of Art in downtown Roanoke.

Norah's Cafe by Blue Ridge Catering has been open for about a month now, but this Thursday, they're hosting a Grand Opening from 5-9 p.m.

It's an event that will be free to the public.

The Manager of Culinary Operations, Robert Carkin, says it's an event he's been looking forward to.

"I'm ready to publicize and market, let people know we're here," said Carkin. "We haven't done that yet, but we've done fairly well letting people know we're here just by word of mouth."

While the big grand opening is this Thursday, Norah's Café is open Tuesday through Saturday every week.
