New Hilton Garden Inn At South Peak

ROANOKE COUNTY, VA -

The Hilton Garden Inn will create 40 new jobs and take up 80,000 square feet. A representative of the Hilton development team said they chose this area because of its location.

It's part of the South Peak development that has condominiums, homes, retail shopping, and much more. The Hilton actually looked at this location before but because of the rough economy a few years they had to put it on hold. They said they're excited to be part of the continuing growth around the county.

"I think what you're seeing now is some of that economic indicators starting to turn around for certain areas and this looks like to be a right time to get a project done," says John Koshivos of Hilton.
