FEMA's launching a campaign this weekend to get families to create an emergency plan. The agency says too many people are ill-prepared in case of an emergency. Less than 40% of Americans have a plan for their family. FEMA is also pushing for kids to be more involved. The new ad mocks those who aren't prepared and they hope the sarcasm catches on with younger Americans, because parents may not listen to FEMA...but they are more likely to listen to their kids.
