Pam Middlekauff from Vinton was the winner of a restored 1964 Volkswagen Beetle that was raffled off by Center in the Square.
Middlekauff is currently on vacation, but got a phone call Monday morning letting her know that she'd won.
Center in the Square says the raffle raised approximately $21,000 for the building.
"We'll use that money to pay for the electricity, take of the security and maintenance, and do all the things necessary to operate and maintain the building," said Jim Sears, Executive Director of Center in the Square.
Center in the Square began selling raffle tickets in May. Sears says they completely sold out.
