Local school health code violation checks - WSLS 10 NBC in Roanoke/Lynchburg Va

Local school health code violation checks

Posted: Updated:

We wanted to know how clean school cafeterias are across our area, so we looked at hundreds of inspection reports from the Virginia Department of Health.

Several times a year, the department inspects local school cafeterias. We pulled the most recent violation checks for schools in 25 different districts.

While many of the school cafeterias are safe and sanitary, with no violations, there are others that have received multiple critical violations.

We've included these reports, including both critical and non-critical violations, for you. Use the interactive search tool below to search for your child's school or district.
