Christiansburg Police served a search warrant at a home in the 400 block of Light Street for a possible methamphetamine lab.
Once the warrant was executed, police found a "live cook" was in process.
Officers arrested 28-year-old Thomas Wayne Perdue and 26-year-old Tabitha Nichole Roberts.
Perdue is charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine over 228 grams and possession of precursors for manufacture of methamphetamine.
Roberts is charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and with possession of methamphetamine.
Both are being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
