Frame the Future raises hundreds of dollars for suicide hotline

Posted: Updated:

A Radford woman helped make a difference for a New River Valley suicide hotline after her sister took her own life.

Lauri Murphy held a fundraiser at The Burnt Creative in Blacksburg called Frame the Future.

The fundraiser brought in $400 for RAFT to help advertise the hotline.

Lauri came up with the idea to raise money after her sister Angie took her own life a year and a half ago.
