WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -

A drug convict on the run in Washington County, Tennessee is the focus of Monday's Most Wanted.

His name is Robert Anthony Rose, a 25 years old man whose last known address was an apartment on Hart Ave in Johnson City TN.

His story is a familiar one.  Convicted on drug possession charges, Rose went to jail until he made probation.   After being released from jail with instructions on how to meet the terms of his probation, Rose disappeared.  He never contacted his probation officer, and efforts by investigators to reach him and inform him that he had violated the terms of his probation have proved unsuccessful.

Now Rose is wanted for Violation of Probation, Evading Arrest and Failure To Appear in Court.

According to the Federal Trade Commission, "Scammers use cameras, keypad overlays, and skimming devices - like a realistic-looking card reader placed over the factory-installed card reader on an ATM or gas pump - to capture the information from your card's magnetic strip without your knowledge and get your PIN."
