1 bag of apple, peeled, cored and diced
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 lemon, juiced
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 ½ cups heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon. Put the apple mixture in the dish.
DIRECTIONS FOR TOPPING
In a bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder ;
Slowly add heavy cream to the dry ingredients and mix.
Dollop the batter in various spots on top of the apple mixture.
Bake the apple cobbler until the apples are tender and the crust a golden color. Approximately 45 min to an hour.
