The Danville Fire Department responded to a fire in the 200 block of Indian Valley Road just before 11 a.m. Sunday.

Units arrived to find a mobile home with smoke showing on all sides.

Crews found the fire in a bedroom at the back of the home. The fire was extinguished and contained to the bedroom.

Crews then had to remove part of the wall coverings and ceiling to extinguish some hot spots.

The cause of the fire was determined to be an overheated electrical panel.

The occupant was not at home at the time of the fire. Crews were on scene for one hour and twenty minutes.
