Virginia Lutheran Homes has bought the office building at 3807 Brandon Avenue to centralize its facilities and increase future growth potential.
VLH owns Brandon Oaks Retirement Community.
VLH president and CEO Heather Neff says the new entity will, "enable us to consolidate corporate offices close to our retirement community and our nursing and rehab center, increase our visibility and offer the space we need for growth."
Neff says the project is being paid for without money from Brandon Oaks or VLH.
The current office building housing VLH has been put on the market.
