The owner of a pair of pit bulls who allegedly attacked a woman and her chocolate lab has been served with papers summoning him to court.
The pit bulls' owner Jasper Swaine has been to court for related incidences three times before this one, dating back to 2012 when he first moved to the Roanoke County neighborhood.
This time he's been served for two counts of "animal nuisance", two counts of "dog at large" and faces two civil violations of "dangerous or vicious dogs."
According to neighbor reports, the two dogs often roam around the neighborhood unsupervised.
Swaine is set to appear in court next month.
