    An arrest Saturday led to some witnesses thinking the arresting officers went a little far.In a video sent to WSPA-TV, a man can be seen lying on the floor of the Walmart on Whitehorse Road and the deputies attempting to arrest him. WASHINGTON COUNTY, VA (WJHL) -

Students at Tennessee High school are starting the week with heavy hearts as they say their final goodbyes to two of their classmates. 

Blake Looney and Colton Taylor died Friday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident in Washington County, VA. 

News Channel 11 has learned funeral arrangements have been made for both teens. 

A funeral service for Blake Looney will be held tonight at 7:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Bristol, TN. A private committal and interment service will be held in Lakeview Cemetery. 

A funeral service for Colton Taylor will be held Tuesday at Avoca Christian Church in Bristol, TN from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A committal and interment service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Mountain View Cemetery in Bristol, VA.

Tennessee High has counselors on hand to help students. Also, school officials say Tuesday's swim meet at Viking Hall has been canceled.

News Channel 11 has confirmed that Charlie D. Arnie has been treated and released from the hospital. 

Saturday night, fellow students, friends, and loved ones gathered to remember the lives of Addison B. Looney and Colton W. Taylor.

A memorial service was held at Euclid Baptist Church in Bristol, Va., and a candlelight vigil at Looney's parking spot at Tennessee High School.

Two Washington County, VA teens were killed Friday afternoon in a single vehicle accident.

Virginia State Police told News Channel 11 the accident happened around 4:15 p.m. on Reserve Boulevard, a privately owned gated community in Washington County, VA.

Police say the 2008 Toyota Prius was traveling north on Reserve Boulevard when it ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree stump.

The driver, Addison B. Looney, 17 and his back seat passenger, Colton W. Taylor, 15, died at the scene.

A front seat passenger, Charlie D. Arnie, 18 was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The Bristol Herald Courier reports the three teens were students at Tennessee High School.

Police say all three teens were wearing their seatbelts. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
