The annual model train layout returns to the Bedford Museum & Genealogical Library beginning Friday, November 29th.
The display takes up the center portion of the third floor.
The double O gauge track features a backdrop that covers the four parts of the day including the middle of the night with Santa in mid-flight. There are several village scenes around the layout, including one with a trolley that children of all ages can run for themselves.
The Museum will also be collecting new and gently loved stuffed animals for the Teddy Bear Brigade for Gleaning for the World. The trains will run six days a week from Friday November 29th until Saturday January 25th. Th
ere will be special hours on Friday nights in December leading up to Christmas. There is no cost to see the display but donations are accepted.
