The Franklin County Board of Supervisors is expected to make their decision on what to do with $1.3 million in carryover funds from last years school board budget.
It's been a topic of debate across the county.
If the school system gets the money back like in previous years they would like to use it toward new school buses and unexpected energy costs, and even plan to build anew server building to house expensive IT equipment.
The school board will vote on whether or not to reappropriate those funds back to the school board budget or disperse the money through the county.
