Roanoke County Police say an SUV and minivan crash sent four people to the hospital Monday evening.
Officers say the crash took place before 7:00 p.m., near the intersection of Brambleton Avenue and Arlington Hills Drive in South County.
Investigators believe a red Jeep Cherokee SUV was driving north on Brambleton Ave., and hit a gray Toyota minivan that was turning left onto Brambleton Ave. southbound, from Arlington Hills Drive.
The crash shut down all lanes of Brambleton Ave. for about half-an-hour.
EMTs took four people to the hospital, but did not release their names, nor how seriously each was hurt.
Police say charges are pending.
