Ardagh set to be in full production by end of this year

When Ardagh announced in April that it would be opening a facility in Roanoke County, people immediately began applying for jobs. The company announced that it planned to create 96 new jobs and invest more than $93 million in it's facility. Ardagh has already hired more than 20 employees. It plans hire 30 more within the next few months. Human Resources Manager, Susan Ditzler, says the company hopes to be in full production by the end of the year.

Applicants for the open positions need to have mechanical knowledge. You can get more information by attending the Roanoke City job fair today. The fair will run from 8:30am-1:00pm at the Roanoke Civic Center.
