Christiansburg woman charged with manufacturing meth

CHRISTIANSBURG -

The Christiansburg Police Department executed a search warrant on Sunday, January 26th for possible manufacturing of methamphetamine in the 700 block of Montgomery Street.

During the search, investigators found items consistent with manufacturing meth, while a 34-year-old woman was at the residence.

Rebecca Lynn Jones has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of sodium hydroxide muriatic acid with the intent to manufacture meth and manufacture 227 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of meth.

Jones is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
