Blacksburg town council to hear recommendation for stormwater fee

BLACKSBURG - Town council will hear a recommendation to establish a stormwater fee for residents at its meeting Tuesday night. The stormwater stakeholders advisory group will present the recommendation, and it is composed of people such as engineers, business owners and churches. Town council will take the issue into a work session, then gather public input before making any decisions.
