The retired Florida police officer accused of shooting and killing a man over texting at a movie theater will be in court today. The hearing will focus on possible evidence and cell phone records.

Re-testing for Tuberculosis begins today for the 150 students and staff first tested at William Fleming High School. This is part of an ongoing health department investigation that began when a student tested positive and showed signs of TB back in November.
