Owners of the soon-to-be-built I-Max theater in Blacksburg will meet with town council today. Construction of the theater has been delayed repeatedly. Today's meeting will focus on a timetable to get it done.

East Main Street in Salem will be closed between Market Street and College Avenue while the city works on a water line. Detours will be in place but you'll need to find alternate routes.

The U.S. Navy band will perform at Radford University's Bondurant Auditorium tonight at 7:30. You can register for the free concert at wsls.com.

Lights on Broadway will be dimmed tonight in memory of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman who died this week. Hoffman's performances in three Broadway plays led to three Tony award nominations.
