ORANGE COUNTY, VA -

Update 12:50 p.m.

The Virginia AMBER Alert was canceled as of 12:45 p.m. State police say a trooper spotted the suspect's vehicle while on patrol in Accomack County.

Amiyah Dallas, 5, was safely recovered. The aunt, Olivia Dallas, was taken into custody without incident.

An AMBER alert has been issued for a girl in Orange County, Virginia.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office says five-year-old Amiyah Monet Dallas was last seen at 15239 Mountain Track Rd. in Orange, Virginia.

She was wearing a pink thermal shirt with buttons, blue jeans, white Chuck Taylor shoes, and a pink multi-sweater.

The date and time of abduction was yesterday, February 18th, at 3:50 p.m.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office says Amiyah Monet Dallas was last seen in the custody of her aunt, Olivia Dallas.

Olivia Dallas has a history of depression and drug use, and she could be driving a 2001 burgundy C240 Mercedes.

Investigation has led investigators to classify case as an abduction and believe the missing child could be in imminent danger.

The aunt has connections to Maryland and South Carolina.
