The President, Vice President and members of Congress are entertaining Ireland's Prime Minister at a 'Friends of Ireland' luncheon on Capitol Hill to honor St. Patrick's Day today. House Speaker John Boehner will host.

Ukraine's U.N. Representative and Ukraine minority groups will hold a news conference in New York today. They'll brief the media on the tense situation in Crimea.

This afternoon, Michelle Obama will deliver the keynote address at the Partnership for a Healthier America 2014 Summit. The First Lady will speak about strategies to combat obesity, eat healthier foods and encourage Americans to get more exercise.

The deadline is today at 4:00 p.m. for Roanoke County school bus drivers to file paperwork for early retirement. This comes after the school board voted to cut driver benefits two weeks ago.

Today kicks off the 23rd Annual Civil War weekend at the Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. The conference runs through the weekend.
