Local police to unveil new drug trafficking initiative

ROANOKE -

We'll learn more today about a new drug trafficking initiative in the Roanoke Valley.

Federal, state and local police will hold a press conference to explain how they'll use a new grant to crack down on drug trafficking.

This is a story we first told you about earlier this week. Read more from WSLS 10's Jade Hanson  here.

The news conference begins at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Roanoke.
