The Cavaliers special season continued in Greensboro Friday as they handled Florida State 64-51 in a quarterfinal match up of the ACC tournament. The historical perspective is not lost on this team--this is the first time they have been in the semifinals since 1995.    Joe Harris matched a season high with 20 points and Anthony Gill added 16 for the top-seeded Cavaliers, who ran their record to 26-6. But this team is not about stars--and scoring..it starts and finishes, with defense. They forced 15 turnovers in winning their 14th in 15 tries.    Virginia will face fifth-seeded Pittsburgh, which beat No. 15 North Carolina 80-75, on Saturday in the first semifinal. And while it appears the Cavs could claim a top seed in the NCAA tournament if the winning continues, the Wahoos declined to discuss much more than the next one. They refer to "two feet on the next step" about not getting ahead of themselves--something they have done all season long. So far, so good. The only time UVA has won the conference tournament title--1976. Perhaps more history in the making come this weekend.
