Drunk driver hits & kills bicyclist in Roanoke

The Roanoke Police Department has identified the bicyclist killed in last night's crash as Earl Robert Wright, 59, of Roanoke.

A Salem woman has been charged with a DWI and DUI Manslaughter. 

Roanoke Police a driver hit and killed someone on a bicycle around 9:50 p.m. on Monday. The accident happened on 3133 Franklin Road SW. 
Police say the driver was 33-year-old Rikki Dawn Reynolds. Arrests warrants show her blood alcohol level was 0.24 at the time of the crash. The legal limit is 0.08. 

The bicyclist has been identified, but hasn't been released by police.
