Food Lion Kitchen: Short Rib Ravioli

Short rib ravioli



short rib ravioli (any pre made ravioli will work)



assorted varieties of mushrooms (shiitakes, button, hen of the woods, lobster)



caramelized mushrooms



roasted carrots



herbs, finely chopped



boursin cheese



my essentials heavy cream



demi glaze, warmed



green herb oil



picked parsley leaves



food lion lemon juice



lemon zest

1. Boil ravioli until desired doneness then remove and put into a pan with melted butter, a few drops of lemon juice, and lemon zest.

2. Sear mushrooms in a very hot pan and when finished add roasted carrots and caramelized onions until heated through.

3. Warm boursin and cream gently until thoroughly combined.

4. First put down boursin cream on a plate followed by the mushroom mixture. place the raviolis on top.

5. Sauce with demi glaze and garnish with green herb oil and the picked parsley leaves.
