Ellington awaits 'The Call' on eve of NFL Draft

Posted: Updated:
COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

The life of Gamecocks wide receiver Bruce Ellington is the showcase in a new video posted to YouTube from Verizon Wireless.

The video, simply titled "The Call", is an interview with Ellington, his family, and his former coaches from Moncks Corner.

The video title comes from the phone call Ellington will definitely be receiving this weekend from an NFL GM as Ellington awaits where he will land during the 2014 NFL Draft.

Ellington was a two-star athlete in his collegiate career at South Carolina, excelling in both basketball and as a wide receiver for the football team.

Ellington currently projects as a second or third round draft pick.
