Durham PD release sketch of possible sex assault suspect

DURHAM, N.C. -

Durham Police have released a composite sketch of a possible suspect wanted in connection with a May 25 sexual assault in Durham.

The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 25 in an alley between Ninth and Iredell streets.

Police said a female was walking in the alley when a man armed with a knife pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
