Man shot, killed in Durham apartment complex

DURHAM, N.C. -

Police say a man was found shot to death Thursday in the breezeway of a Durham apartment complex.

Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of East Main Street around 3:30 p.m. in response to a shooting.

When they arrived, officers found Marquise Keshawn Mangum, 18, of Durham, who had been shot and was lying in a breezeway. He was transported to a hospital where he later died.

Police said no arrests have been made, but the shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
