Chesterfield police arrest two in drive-by shooting

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -

Chesterfield police made two arrests Saturday in connection with a drive-by shooting on Shiloh Drive in the Lost Forest area.

Police have arrested Lloyd Travis Vann, 27, and Joseph Brown, 21.

Just after 3 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the area of 9400 block of Shiloh Drive for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.

Officers found Jonathan West, 22, wounded in a vehicle. West, who lives in the area, had been shot by a known suspect while driving in his vehicle.

He was transported to an area hospital and treated for his injuries. A second person in the vehicle was also shot at, but was not injured.
