Local 'stars' to perform at annual Talent Challenge for Charity

ROANOKE (WSLS 10) -- Tickets are still available for this year's Talent Challenge for Charity.

The annual benefit combines a talent competition and dance to raise money for two Roanoke organizations, New Vision and Angels of Assisi. Fourteen contestants will compete and showcase their talent, including dancing and singing.

New Vision helps individuals with visual impairments, while Angels of Assisi offers is a low-cost community pet clinic.

Blind artist John Bramblitt will return this year and perform a live painting during the event, which will then be auctioned during event. Bramblitt's art has been sold in more than 20 countries. He's appeared internationally in print,TV and radio.
