Alison Wickline joined WSLS as a reporter in June 2017 after working at a station in Bluefield, West Virginia for two years.
She earned her broadcast journalism degree from Marshall University in 2015 where she reported and anchored for the university news, wrote for the newspaper and worked for the radio station.
Alison began her on-air career at WVVA in Bluefield. While there, she reported, anchored and produced.
Alison is happy to be in the Roanoke Valley and loves to hike, kayak, and shop for antiques.
She is also close to where she grew up – White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
