Fogle is under investigation in a child pornography case following a raid at his Zionsville home earlier this summer.

The former Subway spokeperson's executive director of his foundation, Russell Taylor, is being held in a Kentucky federal prison awaiting trial on child pornography charges.

Jared's entertainment attorney Ron Elberger told Eyewitness News he could not comment on the matter, saying he was not part of Fogle's criminal defense team.

Taylor's attorney, Brad Banks, told Eyewitness News he does not know anything about a possible plea agreement involving Fogle and that he can't comment on whether his client has any kind of plea deal.

At this point, there are no publicly available federal charges filed against Fogle.  If any charges have been filed, the case is sealed.
