Frankie Rowland's Kitchen: Baked Oysters with Sriracha Citrus Butter


Executive Chef, Ted Polfelt shares a recipe for Baked Oysters with Sriracha Citrus Butter.

1/2# Butter

Juice and Zest of 2 lemons

1/4 C Chopped chives

1/4 C White wine

TT Salt and Pepper

1 dzn Shucked on the half shell oysters

MOP: To make compound butter allow the butter to soften at room temperature and combine all of the ingredients. With you r oven set to broil, lay the oysters on the half shell on a sheet pan and place 1 T of butter on top of each. Place sheet pan in the broiler and cook until golden brown and the oyster is firm and cooked through. Garnish with fresh chives as well.
